Compulsory Third Party Medical Care

CTP (Compulsory Third Party) insurance is required for all registered vehicles in NSW. If you’re injured in a motor vehicle accident as a driver, passenger, pedestrian, or cyclist, you may be eligible to claim for medical costs and lost income.
